Hello all! I have a couple of ideas to share with the forum mod, Jayles, as well as every other member here. A lot of my suggestions/ideas have to do with topics, and layout/appearance.
Ads: Ads are actually kind of vital in bringing members into the forum. I suggest that we set up an Ad/Affiliate section, where people can post ads. Most proboards sites have these sections. And in turn, we can post in other Affiliate/Ad sections in order to bring more members here.
Post Templates: You see this box I'm posting in right now? Yes, this is a template skin. The character creation section for the Fire Emblem RP is also a template skin. Sites such as Adoxography and TemplateHQ have a lot of very nice templates. Make sure to follow the directions of the creators of the templates, because some do like to see where you use them!
Site Skin?: Adoxography has some very nice site skins! This is mostly to Jay, in case he wants to explore some more site options.
Plotter Board: On many Proboards RP sites, there are Plotter sections, where a user will post a kind of mini-profile about their characters and the relationships their characters have. This section is also useful to keep track of plot threads.
Liquid Time: This is more of an RP concept. Liquid time is when RP threads don't take place during a specific time. With the use of liquid time, characters can be in multiple threads at once and are not confined to a specific thread at a time.
